The decision needs to be for you, and nobody else. It’s your life, so you choose — nobody else should be granted such authority when it comes to your health. So there's nothing wrong in leaving job. But you should realise that you can't run away in life. You have to face realities. First you may consult a mental health professional to check whether you are suffering from depression. You may not be able to take a wise decision in depression. Please take a break/ leave from your job and go for treatment. Then you may take a final decision regarding your job.
