Depression and anxiety
Low feeling inspite of good academic results and no other emotional disturbances which has been persistent since last 6 months also I Have anxiety problems , not able to be myself when I'm outside, excess overthinking, excess self consciousness, sometimes sleep problems, I feel sleepy during day time even if I have had good sleep at night , also I am suffering weight gain since last 6 months

Please look into your circumstances and situation and see if anything is triggering these experiences. Usually it is our perceptions that influences our feelings, thinking and behavior. An altered perception or objective notice would sometimes help to reflect on the issues and take control. Address any stresses issues calmly without fighting with your emotions. Consider any underlying physical health reasons like anaemia or thyroid problems etc. Get into good lifestyle practices like yoga, meditation, relaxation, exercise, healthy eating and sleep hygiene. If becoming unmanageable or impacting too much, see a psychiatrist for comprehensive assessment and appropriate treatment like counselling, CBT and may be medicine too. Best wishes
