Greetings. Welcome to the site. Well, I am sorry to learn about your predicament but it seems like you are slipping into depression since your symptoms such as irritability, anger outbursts, lack of interest, hopelessness, helplessness, sloppines, excessive sleep, etc are typical traits exhibited in depression, so before these symptoms get snowballed into severe depression please seek prompt psychiatric evaluation and subsequent treatment. Depression is very common a phenomenon and it is very much treatable so do not treat it as a taboo and do not hesitate to seek help.
