Hii.. . I think I'm going through too much depression & mental prblm and most of the time I want to die even I tried 2/3 times ..do I need anything to avoid this type of thoughts please help me

You need to take immediate psychiatrist help. Secondly, you need to calm down and tell yourself that, I'm not going to listen to my negative thoughts, I'm not going to harm myself and I will overcome through this depressed state. You deserve a very good life and you are very precious.. believe in that!

Just as high blood sugar is a symptom of diabetes, depressive thoughts or death wishes are symptoms of depression. Just as diabetes is due to a deficiency id insulin, depression is due to a deficiency of certain chemicals in the brain. That is the reason it gets better with medication and CBT. However, as depression can be serious due to suicidal thoughts, medication should be started first and CBT can be done once the suicidal thoughts disappear. In this day and age there is no reason why you should not seek help. People come for help for Sleeping problems, lack of concentration so definitely you can take help for this.

Depression can be caused by many things and suicidal thoughts can occur usually when the situation seems hopeless. From what you were saying I assume you have attempted to kill your self few times. When you are depressed you can't see things clearly so the hopeless situation may not be true as it seems. You have to immediately seek the help of a psychiatrist or psychotherapist. Also get support from a close friend or family and let them know how you are feeling. Once you engage in therapy you will able to see a lot of options to solve your problems which once looked hopeless.

Immediately seek help. put on hold whatever plans if you have any to harm yourself. There is always a solution to any kind problem, you just don't know yet.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. Spend time with people close to you.

Hi when you are disturbed emotionally are feelings of hopelessness and helplessness will block all positive thoughts. your statement says that you have tried ending life, but for what reason. any problem the people can't face, it doesn't mean that's the end of life. it is vast, sometimes we have learn from our mistake or achievement. when you are depressed you lose thinking in positive or better in decision making. So come out of the feeling of depression, take medication from the experts. there are many people to help you. Please visit psychiatrist immediately, discuss the reason you fall into the depression, every problem there is a solution. stay positive. take care.
