Dear friend, You are too young to have a relationship first and then to have a breakup. Since you are staying in hostel, you need to do justice for your parents who have trusted you and put you in a hostel. Follow the steps given below for atleast 15 days. 1. Go for running/jogging in the morning and evening for at least 1 hour 2. If you have a gym in your hostel workout in the gym for 1 hour atleast 3. Avoid eating non vegetarian food at night 4. Avoid junk food/fast food/aerated drinks 5. Avoid alcohol/smoking 6. Increase the intake of water. Use these steps first for 15 days and see if your condition improves and able to focus on studies. Any further help feel free to write to me Wishes

The Irony of life is we value people and things only when we miss them. Certainly what u undergo is painful. Is it worth it. The question is having realised late is not to compensate the mistake. So you need to pull on life by accepting the reality. She is no more in your life. Think what is even more omportant for you right now in your life. Try to focus in those areas and master that. Start going out with friends with whom you were not doing earlier. Try to be in a gang of friends as much as possible to get the feeling of Acceptance and motivation to live.
Next Steps
After trying the above still if it persists better consult a psychologist personally in your city and complete your studies peacefully.
