Years r going am 28 now but I din enjoy my marriage n young life, having fear of losing my days being with my husband, totally different characters we r, always looking rude n not frank but am always talking frankly everything but he din like that but I cannot able to change myself, I want to be me in my life, no understanding, always feeling bad ncrying on my own by thinking on my life, am having 5yr old boy kid, he s so much attached to him, he needs n cares only for him, I feel all alone in my home, so always used to come to my parents home at last now I decided to get divorce from him but my parents wish is let me go with my husband, really mentally am very much depressed n I can never be able to live with him anymore really it kills me day by day. Wat to do

Hiii.Now u r in a critical phase.Thinking more than your capacity is too dangerous.This is right time for you to find out what is the real problem in life.which u can't do by ur self.At present you need a professional advice before u make any major decision.
My personal advice is must see a psychiatrist for assistance as soon as possible.
Ur decision not only effect ur life,it also effects ur kid,husband,parents,the entire family.
So please think before u act.

Do consult a Psychological Counsellor , who is also a Post Marriage counsellor .
As per your symptoms, u are likely suffering from depression. You will benefit from coping skills improvement, goal directed counseling like rational emotive behavior therapy.
Anti depressants will also help.
Hello my friend...just remember "Broken heart and shattered dreams are key mentors for weaving a glorious destiny."...Consult nearest psychiatrist as you require detailed counseling session and you may require medications to solve your problems as many things can't be discussed in forum like this...With that fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...have good sleep and develop healthy food habits..good luck
