Depession, Insomania
From last four months, I am having a serious issue of not able to express anyone anything. Four months ago a really close of friend of mine said I always express at the wrong time for nearly 15-20 days she kept on forcing me that I am wrong now that he realised she sorry for what he did but now I scared to speak out. If I speak out I will be abusive for most of the time. Other issues facing with fear are, stomach pain, insomnia, doesn't feel like eating, travelling or any other thing. Things are kinda normal with the person but somewhere I keep on isolating myself from everyone even my family.

looks like you have lost confidence of expressing your self after your friend's comment and hence feel frustrated. you abusive language and lack of sleep is because of that. but remember one thing. friends sometime may say the truth about us. so you need to check out if you really have social skill and communication problem..in which case you need to see a professional and treat it.

Hello. It seems what your friend said affected your self confidence. That has led you to have doubts about yourself which is reflecting in your behaviour when you talk to others. Counselling and therapy will help you get out of this.
Next Steps
Please see a psychiatrist and/or a psychologist/counsellor.

You seem to be having problems with social interaction & physical problems after the above mentioned incident. This seems to be causing much distress. Our thinking & coping patterns need to be assessed. Do you suffer from low self-confidence which gets shaken easily? Personality assessment may be needed. Visit a psychologist or psychiatrist for detailed evaluation. With proper treatment you should get better.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. Spend time with people close to you.

Your  belief is been altered unknowingly. When you have come equipped to know that it is altered, that's  a blessing . Because you  learnt that it can be altered. Just simply Alter your old infused system to a all new pattern which you actually wanted all the years. It's  a great opportunity for you to set any new pattern.
Next Steps
If you find it difficult,  do seek a professional  support as a Psychological Counsellor and do the  necessary changes.
