Orthodontic treatment for an adult without braces can be achieved by Aligners but expecting completion in a month is not possible in this century ..in future maybe . My dear friend it's Science and not Magic secondly we need to respect human body and there is only certain amount of force it can withstand before it caves in and we don't want that .
Just go visit a qualified orthodontist (MDS Ortho) and he will give you best,fast, possible treatment options after evaluating ur condition and need .
