Hi as you are describing, stains are mostly due to water containing high amount of flouride. So this type of stains are not washed away in routine Scaling and polishing. So you can go veeners which will mask those stains on teeth and will make it look good. Other option is stains are less and lighter than we can even go for composites. But exactly can be told only after proper clinical examination.

Good morning, that might be because of flurosis, if it's more you can get the laminates or vennears done. Get the check up done from nearby dentists. Or if it's very less you can try with bleaching once
