My friend is suffering from teeth pain since 2week,Their is a whole in the teeth..I have attached the reports.. So please help me whether he should pick up his teeth or it will cure by medicine.

Please visit dentist and get a X-ray done for any definitive treatment options.Medicines can only give him a temporary relief from pain and infection.
