The toothache and sensitivity are all related to your teeth grinding habbit. The teeth grinding can be treated with a night wearing appliance to stop damaging the teeth. Consult your dentist, get the condition diagnosed and get teeth treated. Untreated may lead to further teeth damage and severe pain sometimes resulting into joint pain. Regards, Dr Priyanka sehgal
