I think I have pirea, my mouth smells very bad my teeth become totally black and yellow so what should I do.

Please visit a dentist ASAP. You will need a scaling. 22 is not the age to get gum disease.

This is the starting of the disease. You need to get good cleaning done of the teeth and gums so that it doesnot aggrevate and can be easily cured .
