Don't panic! Once you cross your 3 rd month , you are safe for RCT or Extraction procedures. Please check your months and take up the treatment before you enter 7 th month. Don't self medicate. Avoid hot water gargle. Ask, dentist for occlusal reduction, and access opening procedure for time being. Then complete the process once you enter 4 th month. Hope this helps you mam.

Can you share a picture or xray? Only medicine you can take is paracetamol. And consult your gynaecologist once before taking any medication .
