First thing first... 1) go for a digital opg (x ray) 2) go for pathological  tests a) bt/ct b) hb1ac c)lft/kft d)vit d/ser calcium e)t3,t4 f) prothrombin t g)urine/ uric acid 3) if all seems ok then go for CBCT 4) upload intra oral pictures After all this any opnion is relevant.
