If you opt for any brand available worldwide , like nobel , osstem , bio horizon etc they provide a lifetime warranty card . That doesnot ensure success of your implant in your mouth , but they give you free replacement once you raise any complaints with its fixation in your jaws. The longevity of the treatment depends on the treatment planning , skill and execution of your dentist and your maintainace as well. You get warranty for the product but not the treatment. Implants done rightly usually has longtime success rate , the risk for failure arises when something goes wrong with your body healing or the placement mistakes by the operator. Still you can have your money insured for replacement later on.

Namaskaram, Dental implants are very safe and have a good warrenty . This is a go to procedure without any second thoughts as these procedures have become very advanced and common these days . But the success of an implant depends on various factors like the density of the bone and other medical conditions etc and will be known only after a couple of weeks after placing the implants . Kindly visit the dentist so that a through check up done clinically and radiographically and all the treatment options can be considered . Do not delay as the other teeth tend to occupy the free space and effect the occlusion and cause further damage . Team Shambhala.

There is never a life time warranty/guarantee with any treatment, implant being a foreign body certainly can't be promised it's duration of service. As if today it's the best option available for the replacement of missing and is long lasting. In a few yrs down the line something new will be developed which will be better than current implants system.

With proper care , your dental implant can last for a lifetime. However it would also depend on the implant chosen by your dentist , your oral hygiene practices etc.
Next Steps
Don't go for the cheaper ones. Ask your dentist for the best implant. It may cost more BUT treat it as a lifetime investment.
Health Tips
You have to strictly adhere to the oral hygiene instructions.
