Is it safe for me to get a dental implant done as I do not have any problems in my teeth but I want to improve my looks?

Dental implants are just to replace missing teeth. They do not play a role in improving looks if all teeth are already present.
You need to get analysis of your looks and let your dentist suggest what is best for you.
