I have got my tooth extracted and want to go for dental implant!! I smoke , so it is advisable to go for implant or somthing else!!

Depending on Ur age u Wil be having adequate bone to support an implant,but Ur habit cn affect the implant causing the procedure to fail,if u cn control Ur habit u cn go fr implant or else cn go fr bridge to close the gap.

Hello sir Thank you for your query Although it is advisable to stop smoking to improve the success of your implants you may consider nicotine gum or patches since immediate cessation may not be possible Alternatively you can go for a bridge as well

Dental implant treatment has the advantage of not preparing the adjacent teeth as in for a bridge/fpd...but yes ur habit can affect the success of the treatment..... If u can consider stopping the habit for a prescribed period before, during and after the procedure... And reduce it to a minimal level... Implant option can be considered  if other parameters needed for implant treatment are adequate
