The only reason of cavities is food lodgement,first consult with a dentist and get treatment for cavities which u already have in your teeth,bcz there is no medicine for cavities which you already have.after treatment brush your teeth twice,floss,and use mouthwash twice.for yellow teeth there are multiple treatments according to your teeth condition and reasons behind your yellow teeth
