Dengue support. And what should i do?

I had fever and body pain and had lots of vomiting so I did CBC test and NS1 dengue test here in CBC platelets were down to 1'32'000 and wbc was also less to 2500 , however NS1 test was negative. After few days I took medicines and did again CBC and NS1 this time platelets increase to 2;32;000 but this time nS1 test was positive However I was feeling alright and had no symptoms of dengue doctor said eat flovite for few days that's it. Now after 10 days when I am completely ok I have no fever no vomiting ..I am eating lots of food no body pain so I again did CBC and NS1 . NS1 is positive and platelets is 1;87;000 RBC and wbc is also ok so after 10 days from 2.32 it is 1.87 however I don't have any other symptoms I want to ask if I don't have any symptoms of dengue why it is positive and what should I do ?
