Dengue is a serious problem only if it is associated with pain Abdomen, bleeding tendency and  low platelet count. So a diagnosis of Dengue in pregnancy should not be a  cause for concern as long as her haematological parameters are maintained.

Dengue directly has no effect on pregnancy but high fever due to dengue can affect the baby and low platelet count because of dengue can lead to to heavy bleeding after the delivery of she goes in labour. She needs proper treatment.
