If your platelet count shows a rising trend, say 30000 to 60000 to 90000, you are on the road to recovery. But it is ideal to take rest till it reaches normal range and you are free from symptoms.

If u r general condition is better, u can travel.
There is no proven drug to increase the platelet count.
It will increase by itself,
