Dengue fever
Can we give 4 paracetamol in a day for dengue. Platelets 150000 on 2nd day of fever .. Giving liquids and paracetamol as medication. Fever comes and goes. Peak fever on 1st and 2nd day :104 degrees and 103 degrees.3rd day onwards goes below 100 on use of paracetamol..but again comes to 101 after 5 hrs.. Please advise
