Delayed Period with Cramps and discharge
I missed my period by 1-2 days and took the home pregnancy test today which came out to be negative. My Menstrual cycle is pretty regular and since 2-3 months the length of my cycle is 30 days. 2-3 days before my periods, I had taken unwanted 72 pill. During my ovulation period which is around 25th December, I had unprotected sex but my partner has withdrawn before ejaculating but am still a bit skeptical about my delayed periods. I am having mild cramps and white discharge. I also feel there is some spotting but am not sure about that. Is it because of the emergency contraceptive pill that the period is being delayed and there is increased white discharge? My last period was on 7th Dec, bfore that it was on 7th November and before that it was on 9th October. Can you please help?

The delay in your period is because of Unwanted 72 which you took 2-3 days before expected date of period. So your periods may be delayed by 5 days.

It can be due to pill. Wait for one more week.
