Delayed Period
I had my last period on 22nd April 2025. No period after that.In the USG report my endometrium is thickened to 16.6 mm and there is a haemorrhagic cyst in left ovary.For the blood test reports
Insulin fasting is 5.85 uiU/ml
Testesterone is 41.5 ng/dl
FSH is 1.97mIU/ml
LH is 10.69mIU/ml
Prolactin is 30.66 ng/ml
T3 is 0.9 ng/ml
T4 is 9.01 ug/dl
TSH is uIU/ml
No pregnancy.Beta-HCG test done.
I have been on thyroid medication since 1.5 years but never had irregular periods.
My doctor suggested me to take Meprate 10 mg one table thrice a day for 3 days.And for Prolactin he suggested cabgolin 0.25 mg for 4 weeks.
Meprate course is over still no periods.What to do?

Hi ,
If the dose is completed recently, please wait atleast 10-12 for periods.
If you still fail to get periods then talk to your doctor about other possibilities including reconfirmation of pregnancy.

You have forgotten to type the TSH value
Prolactin levels are normal you don't need to take cabgoline
