Had sex on July 2nd. Got my periods mid July. But now there is a delay of 10 days. Have got a false UPT test. No change in diet or any stress yet delay

Periods may sometimes be delayed by 7-10 days. If there is no sexual contact then the possibility of pregnancy is ruled out. Menstual regulation may be needed if delay is prolonged
