I have been experiencing delay in my periods every month for long time of 3-4 years. beacuse of that i get acne on my face before my periods starts. which are pus filled leaves scars. kindly tell me the causes and cure for my problem

Hi there...I can understand your concern. Irregular menstrual cycles can be due to many reasons like anaemia, thyroid disorders, pcod, fibromas, stress, drug intake. You will need detailed clinical examination and further investigations including ultrasound abdomen and pelvis, hormonal profile. So kindly consult a gynaecologist for further evaluation.
