Degenrative Grade 3 Meniscus Tear
My mother had pain in knee which make her difficult in walking. Does Degenrative Grade 3 at posterior horn of Medial Menincus ( As given in MRI Reports) requires surgery. MRI REPORT IS ATTACHED BELOW.

At 50, female ; mostly this tear is degenerative and may be a part of osteoarthritis complex. If she has locking of knee, then only surgery can be thought off. Else if there is only pain, then treat in line of arthritis.
