My 7 year old daughter is running fever > 101 for over 24 hrs now. Should we get any tests done first or take her straight to the doctor? If tests, which ones? Just trying to avoid going back and forth and get to a speedy diagnosis, especially since we don't have a good paediatrician or GP nearby!
