My daughter who is 9 years old had one sore on her tongue since past 4-5 days. We were makinh het drink a lot of water. Today one more sore has cropped up on her tongue without the 1st sore healing. She says the old sore is paining but the new sore is not paining.

These are aphthous ulcers. Fruits and milk should be taken regularly to avoid ulcers.
U can apply dologel ointment on these sore to relieve pain. Vitamin B complex tablet once a day for a week will also help.
