Dark spots pus pores face
Hi, I've always had oily skin but lately it feels more oily. My skin pores look bigger and more prominent. I have bumpy spots on my cheeks along with dark spots on my nose. I wash my face twice daily but still wake up with sebaceous filaments on nose and have to squeeze out and wash. I get about 4-5 hours of sleep a night and am generally in a stressful job that involves regular travel to different cities. I use Gillette shaving gel and nivea face cream daily. I want to clear out my skin and close my pores. Please suggest. Thanks.

Greetings. The following would help you : 1. Daily use of sunscreen - gel based - in day time of SPF 30 applied half hour before sun exposure 2. Daily bed time use of retinoid cream would reduce the oiliness 3. medicated creams / tablets prescribed by dermatologist for reducing your symptoms. Also stop nivea moisturiser if you already have oiliness!! 4.Kindly read my blog on daily skin care on Practo health feed. 5. Daily fitness work out and loads of fruits and veggies will help loads in improving your skin. Hope this helps. Warm regards.
