Dark spots on back underarms to breast
I found dark spots on middle(longitudinally) of my back of different sizes, these also extend on to the underarms and now are coming uptill breast, one single spot on a considerable size(1cm diameter) is on the chest area between n under the breast. It's about 4-5 months now. These feel smoother than the normal skin n have a very little scaly appearance. Upon scratching they seem to turn a little lighter scaly n then r back to the earlier appearance. My age is 18 n I have had PCOS . Also I have a wheatish skin tone.

You could be suffering from chromic pityriasis versicolor, a type of superficial fungal infection. Kindly provide a clinical picture focussing the skin lesion to confirm the diagnoses.
