Dark spots in penal head

I'm a male, 25 years old. It is only recently that I had pushed back the skin of my penus and I saw some black spots on my penus head, and also just like I've heard there was some smelly white thing which I washed at that time. But the dark spots are still there. And I have pain whilowlowering the skin when I have an erection and I've heard that if I pulled forcefully there would be tears in the skin. And also my skin there seems too dbitbut it's not rough.
