Dark skin around neck since couple of months . The skin was light dark earlier , now it has become more dark .

Dark skin could be genetic  , due to friction or associated with medical problems like Diabetes Thyroid eta. Skin lightening treatments can be done at a dermatologist clinic after evaluation
