Dark circles can happen due to multiple reasons like pigmentation, redness, deep set eyes, tear trough. The picture you have uploaded clearly show that you have tear trough and some pigmentation.Tear trough is the gap formed under eyes due to which the under eye area appears dark as light is not able to fall on that part ( creating shadow effect). Once we correct your tear trough you will see significant improvement in under eye appreance. In addition to that we can do laser for pigmentation and redness if any. Usually under eye creams and peels are of no use for such cases. Under eye hyaluronic acid fillers can be used to fill the gaps under eyes and tell results are seen immediately.
Next Steps
Get proper assessment done by a qualified dermatologist for correction of tear trough and pigmentation.
Health Tips
Avoid close work for long hours like reading, chatting, etc. Use proper sunglasses and take 8 hours a day regular sleep. With this you can avoid worsening of dark circles.Hope this helps you make your decision and get proper treatment. Regards, Dr. Jeetendra Khatuja ( MUMBAI)
