Dark chicken skin
Hi my skin tone is wheatish and I got chicken skin on my left arm for more than 10years.I am not sure whether it is a chicken skin or not but the skin on my left arm is too dark and has lots of dotted hard black pimples and particularly that part of my arm has lots of hair.This part looks too odd and I cannot wear sleeveless because of this. It's a very serious issue please help.
