Dark and dry face n neck
For last 4-5 years I've witnessed severe skin discolouration on my face and neck area and unevenness. Tried over the counter creams and lotions, had temporary solutions but the problem still exists. Please explain me the causes and possible cure.

It could be because of insulin resistance. The condition is termed as Peudoacanthosis Nigricans. However, to confirm you need to visit your nearest dermatologist and not try any creams over the counter. They can only harm you if not benefit. Till you visit someone you could try to 1. Exercise (running or cycling) to become fit 2. Sleep well 3. Eat healthy (no oily or sugar or high glycemic index foods) . Hope this helps.

Hello albinism and fungal infection should be ruled out consult dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment.
