Dandruff stuck to scalp

Hi, i have oily scalp and back of my head i have oily dandruff stuck to my scalp, i am using head and shoulders shampoo and also tried nizoral , salisia but it doesn't work , if i remove that dandruff by hand i could see lots of hair which comes along with dandruff, i also suffer from severe hair loss, how can i remove oily dandruff stuck to my scalp, whenever i check my pillow after sleep there are around 50 strands of hair, kindly give your suggestions.
