Dandruf and hair loss

I am suffering from hairfall and dandruf. It is non recoverable hair. What should i do for my hairs to recover from root. And to get permanent solution?

First of all its important to rule out if you have only dandruff and not other similar disease. You have to use prescription oral and topical medication apart from shampoo. You have to clean even your pillow case and combs every time you wash your hair. You have to avoid processed foods and refined carbs. Drink proper amount of water
