hello,
you can apply baking soda over it or do baking soda in water mouth rinses. this will help ti heal the ulcers. if they still persist, you need to consult a physician and get your Vitamin B levels checked. if required take supplements for it.

you can use hexigel, dologel CT, mucopain. these all gels can be used 3-4 times a day and apply it half an hour before food.

you can use either Dologel-CT or Mucopain gel 3-4 times a day for 10 -12 days.
