Daily Veg Diet Chart
I'm a 9hrs Sitting working woman. We are now planning to have a baby. I am 5 feet 4 inches tall and weigh almost between 60-65 kg. I have all the bulging fat accumulated around my stomach and thighs. Kindly suggest me with a daily pure veg diet to lose weight as I feel I would have to lose for conceiving.

Hi mam - First thing you v to control your life styles not by merely sitting work. U can start some free hand exercises, skipping, jogging even at home ,no need to go any gym 2 nd thing is to focus a well balanced diet plan based on vegetables food products. Take low carbohydrate like plain rice ,flour,refined flour but more whole grains & brown rice,breads&:low fat like butter, ghee,dalda, banaspat etc.no coconut,palm oils but mastard oil. take max vegetables low in underground potatoes. fruits except banana ,dry fruits. NI fast,junk, street foods.NI restaurant, cream based,rich spicy food.
