Visit a dentist get it checked if it can be filled then go for filling but if the decay has reached till pulp then RCT is done followed by capping.

Hello, pain could be because of cavity or infection to roots. you can do salt water rinses, but this will give you temporary relief. visit a dentist and get it checked. if there is cavity get it filled or if infection to roots get it treated.
