My daughter is falling sick very often with cold and high fever at least monthly once. Recently we had taken her blood test as recommended by Doctor. Her d3 level is 12.6! Doctor advices to take D well sachet once in a month for 6 months. Is it okay to give or how to improve D3 in baby other than sunlight/sun bath. Will this D3 affect the immunity of the baby. Please share ur thoughts around it. Thanks

D3 level may affect immunity to some extend. Continue sachets to improve blood level. Dairy products, sunlight are the natural sources.
Repeated cold cough are common in this age. 10-12 episodes of cold per year. This will boost natural immunity of child. Dont worry about it.
