The maximum dose of D Venizep, or Desvenlafaxine, is 150-200 mg/day, although that high a dose is rarely prescribed. Overdosing on Desvenlafaxine can rarely cause Malignant Hypertension, or a sudden life threatening rise in blood pressure. Always take your medication as per your doctor's prescription. Never try to self medicate. Psychotropic medicines are dangerous if taken without a Psychiatrist's prescription.
