Cystic acne. What to use to get rid of it
Hello I'm a working woman. Live alone in Mumbai, far from home. I have rotational shifts as (morning, day and night ). So I don't have a proper routine or cycle. Recently I came to my hometown and it's about to be almost 1 month here. I saw general physician, he gave full body test and check up. My reports r completely fine and normal except  vitamin D deficiency and a small functional cyst in my right ovary which my doctor said it's very common n normal in women and go away after 2-3 periods automatically. I dont get periods on time from last 7 months. Once it got delayed till 21 days even. But only once. Unless that the interval is 6 days or more than that maybe. I never trimmed my facial hair as I dont get humorous hair on face but still just to try I used flawless trimmer for women once n since then I'm getting cystic acne all over the places I used the trimmer. Especially on my jawlines and smile lines. I was having a bit issues with depression, stress, anxiety and fatigue as well.

Most likely you are having pcod. The treatment of acne differs according to the grade of involvement. Some people have more oilyness on the face which results in breakouts. After completing treatment for controlling the active breakouts, tablets can be stopped and creams need to be continued to prevent recurrence. Diet and lifestyle modifications are also important. Please don't do any self treatment such as over the counter Steroid creams. Don't burst the pimples with your fingers as it can result in ugly scars. The marks and pores left behind after the pimples heal can also be treated. Please send your photos through online consult option for detailed prescription and diet advice.
