Cyst in ovary
Im trying for iui dr asked to follicular study on 3rd day of periods...today is my 3rd day of my periods..I did follicular study but my report show there is cyst in my left ovary... earlier it was not there..why cyst has formed and will it go..any medication or home remedies

yes your doctor has done a follicular study in the day 3 of your period as a baseline scan because we need to find out if there is formation of cyst like how you have so that we don't want to give you any stimulation drugs to get the population because when the system is there inside it will tend to disturb the ovulation of the current cycle so we try to skip this cycle and go ahead with ovulation in the next cycle.
the size of the ovarian cyst need to be mentioned to tell you whether it can be a functional cyst which will disappear in the next cycle
