  4. Cyst in left overy. Up syrup. pls help!

Cyst in left overy
Cyst in left overy measuring 37.4X24.3 mm in size. Feeling unbareable pain in lower left abdomn, lower back and left thigh. Please help me that medicine can fix my problem or i have to go through operation. I took i pills 50 times approx in last 2years I am not married I have a boyfriend. So what may the reason behind this cyst. I pill or something else.. Right now I am taking Aristozyme syrup,B long f tablet, Absolute woman tab, Nortas cr tab, Endoreg tab, Faronac tab, peagul up syrup. Pls help
