Cyst in left ovary
I have cyst in my left ovary measuring 1.8*2xcm. Uterus is retroflexed and normal in size. Endometrium is well defined and regular and thin(5mm). No myometrial pathology is seen. Should I get the cyst removed through operation or it will dissolve on its own or by medicines as the time passes.

Cyst is not much bigger . Contact to your gynaecologist and take oral contraceptives pill for minimum 3 months .If it is functional or haemorrhagic cyst then it will resolve .After 3 months ultrasonography is compulsory to know the size of cyst.
