Both the sides of my lips are cut. I am neither on medication nor eating foods that produces heat. I apply regular moisturizer at night. Nivea or lakme peach milk. Should I use medicine? I have candid and Kailash Jeevan at home

Just clean the area with lukewarm water and apply Vaseline 4-5 times a day. Take vitamin bcomplex like capsule becasules once a day for a few weeks. It could also be due to some cosmetic product you have used. Wait for a few days. If it does not resolve then consult a physician
