I have been crying a lot and on very small matters and sometimes without any matter. I understand problems but react differently. For example i know my husband is busy but he loves me.he does a lot of things for me. But i complain on small things. I feel low evn if he doesnt call or msg me. I cant control my emotions.
Also i have urge to share my evry thought with some1 very close or some1 who can b a support at that time or understand.

Too much of crying indicates feelings of guilt and loneliness. Complaining happens when we are not able to fulfill certain demands in our significant relationships or jobs, and complain to protect ourselves from being held guilty or irresponsible. That means we are hiding from getting caught. Now coming to your condition, please see why and how you are getting restricted against your wishes in your current relationship. Is there something you want to do or wish to happen which is not happening as per your wishes? Like finding time with your husband, getting too much household work, not able to do job or study or anything. Secondly, you seem to carry feelings of rejection and are oversensitive to separation from your loved ones. Please assess these feelings in your past relationships with your parents. Our relationships with parents in early life effect our later relationships. Urge to share every thought shows you feel misunderstood and wants good relationship where you are being respected and cared for your sentiments. Did your father cared less for your mother, the same way you feel for yourself and your husband? Was your father dominating in his relationship with your mother and disrespected her and kept her lonely? Find answers to these questions.
Next Steps
Introspect into your past and understand the relationship your parents had and see its effects on your present life.
