Crown falling off...
I had 3/4 crown in my all front teeth 6 upper 6 lower..Doctor has girnd my teeth very much... But they start coming off...I am only 29 year old...I am very much stressed... My job demand constant movement... I am yet to marriage... I want long term solutions for it...pls pls help me... Shall I go for zirconia crown on front teeth ..

I would not suggest zirconia at all, zirconia has maximum strength but retention is less. You need to go for lithium disilicate laminates

Hello sir.... Based on clinical picture, tooth reduction(grinding will be good)..not very much reduced...A well fitting 3 /4 TH CROWN will be long lasting....it is betterto go for a well fit 3/4 th crown.... zirconia crown is also possible as it requires some more tooth reduction ....
